QUALIFICATIONS


The promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI Signature Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. To qualify for the discount, the Cardholder must use his or her BPI Signature Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
    1. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
    1. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound to by the terms and conditions of the merchant.
    • a. BPI Signature Cardholders are entitled to a maximum discount of Php 5,000 for a single-receipt transaction of Php 10,000 or higher (discount is valid on the total dine-in food bill only).
    • b. The offer is valid for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday only;
      • Lunch – 11:30am to 2:30pm
      • Dinner – 6:00pm to 10:00pm
    • c. Offer is valid for a la carte food orders, except dim sum.
    • d. The following are not included in the promo: take-out transactions, beverages, set menus and promotional items.
    • e. Blackout Dates: Weekends and Government declared holidays.
    • f. The discount will be applied on food bill only before taxes and service charges. All applicable government taxes including VAT and service charges will be applied based on the original menu prices and are shouldered by the cardholder in full. Service charge and all taxes shall be excluded from the promo. Therefore, the transaction amount, which is the basis of the discount, shall not include the service charge and taxes.
    • g. Reservation and advance ordering are required. Reservation must be made at least 1-day prior to dining date. To reserve, please call (+632) 8650 7189 / (+632) 8650 8428 / (+63947) 707 0228.
    • h. A reservation fee of Php 2,000 per table will be required and may be paid in cash or through bank transfer. The fee will be refunded in full upon dining. In the event that the cardholder fails to arrive without prior notice at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation, the reservation fee paid is non-refundable and shall be forfeited.
    • i. The discount is not convertible to cash or any food and/or beverage item
    • j. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions.
    • k. Cardholder can avail of the promo once per meal per day.
    • l. Only one (1) card per transaction per cardholder per table is allowed.
  1. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
  1. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.
  1. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
  1. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
  1. In case of dispute with respect to the Bank only and the customers’ availment of the Promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
  1. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders, and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

When is the promo? Can I avail on weekends?

– Promo is from October 7 to November 29, 2024. Mondays to Fridays only. Holidays not included.

Which cards are eligible for the discount?

– BPI Signature Card only.

What is the minimum spend?

– Minimum total a la carte food bill of P 5,000.00 (excluding dimsum, drinks, service charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT) is required to be eligible for the discount.

What does “maximum discount” mean?

– As per the T&Cs, the max discount that can be availed per transaction is P 5,000.00. This means that the discount is only applicable to food bill up to P10,000.00 only (net of fees and taxes). Beyond that, discount remains constant at P 5,000.00 (e.g. if total bill is P 20,000.00, the discount given would be 5,000.00.)

Can I use the promo for takeout?

– No. Promo is for dine-in transactions only.

What menu items are NOT included in the promo?

– The following are excluded from the promo: Dimsum, drinks, set menus, and any other item that is already on promotional discount.

How many times can I use my eligible card?

– A cardholder may avail up to 2x per day or once per meal period — once for lunch, once for dinner. Only one card is allowed to be used per table.

Can I use my Senior Citizen or PWD discount?

– No double discounting. Client can only avail of the promotional discount OR the senior/pwd discount, whichever is higher.

Do I really need to reserve and place advance order?

– Yes, advance reservation is required. Because of the volume, we simply cannot guarantee table availability for walk-in clients. We also encourage guests to PRE-ORDER to minimize food delays.
