- Only one (1) Eligible BDO Card per cardholder per table will be honored, regardless if he or she has multiple eligible cards. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
- Offer is applicable between 11:30AM to 2:30PM (lunch) or 6:00PM to 10:00PM (dinner). A cardholder may avail of the discount only once per meal period per day.
- Discount is not valid on private functions, dim sum, set menus, drinks, take-out orders, service charges, gift certificates, and down payment for events/parties.
- All prices are subject to 10% service charge based on original menu prices. The service charge will be shouldered by the cardholder and is not included in the discount computataion.
- A reservation fee of ₱2,000 per table will be required and may be paid in cash or through bank transfer. The fee will be refunded in full upon dining. In the event that the cardholder fails to arrive without prior notice at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation, the reservation fee paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
- To avail of the promo, BDO Credit Cardholder must be present at the restaurant and use his/her qualified BDO Credit Card to pay for the total amount of transaction through a BDO Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal.
- Discount awarded is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

- The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by XIU. In the purchase of goods and services which have the promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

- BDO will handle promo related complaints within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted not later than May 30, 2025, after which all matters relating to the Promo are considered conclusive.

- For the BDO Cardholder’s protection, the card details and personal information shall always be kept secured. However, BDO Cardholder participaating in the Promo agrees that the first 6 and last 4 digits of the Eligible Card will be recorded by XIU for the sole purpose of validating the discounted awarded.

- The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions of XIU’s and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and use of BDO Credit Cards.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
When is the promo? May I avail on weekends?
– Promo is from APRIL 10 to MAY 30, 2025. Monday to Friday only. Holidays excluded.
What is the minimum spend?
– Minimum total a la carte food bill of P 5,000.00 (excluding dimsum, drinks, set menus, promotional items, service charge) is required to be eligible for the discount.
What does “maximum discount” mean?
– As per the T&Cs, the max discount that can be availed per transaction is P 5,000.00. This means that the discount is only applicable to food bill up to P10,000.00 only (net of fees and taxes). Beyond that, discount remains constant at P 5,000.00 (e.g. if total bill is P 20,000.00, the discount given would be 5,000.00.)
May I use the promo for takeout?
– No. Promo is for dine-in transactions only.
What menu items are NOT included in the promo?
– The following are excluded from the promo: Dimsum, drinks, set menus, other promotional items.
I have several BDO cards. How many may I use in a single visit?
– As per T&Cs, maximum of one (1) transaction PER CARDHOLDER (not per card) is allowed per meal period. This is is regardless of how many tables or how many eligible cards a cardholder has.
How many times may I use my eligible card?
– Discount can only be availed twice per cardholder per day: Once for lunch, once for dinner. However, there is no limit to the number of times one can avail of the discount within the promo period
Can I use my Senior Citizen or PWD discount?
– No double discounting. Client can only avail of the promotional discount OR the senior/pwd discount, whichever is higher.
Do I really need to reserve and place advance order?
– Yes, advance reservation is required. Because of the volume, we simply cannot guarantee table availability for walk-in clients. We also encourage guests to PRE-ORDER to minimize food delays.
