Promo Mechanics:

      1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Elite Credit Cardholders of BDO (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay). The following cards are NOT eligible to participate in the Promo: BDO Classic and Gold Credit Cards, BDO Corporate Cards, BDO Commercial Cards, BDO Installment Card, BDO Cash Card and BDO Debit Cards
      2.  Promo period is from April 17 – May 31, 2024, Monday – Friday (excluding government-declared holidays).

      3.  Offer:
          1. Get 50% OFF on total a la carte food bill at XIU located at 115 Connecticut Street., Northeast Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila.
          2. Discount is applied for a minimum of P5,000 and a maximum of P10,000 total food bill per single-receipt transaction, net of service charge and applicable government taxes (VAT), charged to an Eligible Card.
          3. Offer is applicable to dine-in transactions only from Monday to Friday (excluding government-declared holidays), between 11:30am to 2:30pm (lunch) and 6:00pm to 10:00pm (dinner).

          5. A reservation fee of P2,000 per table will be required and may be paid in cash or through bank transfer. The fee will be refunded in full upon dining. In the event that the cardholder fails to arrive without prior notice at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation, the reservation fee paid is non-refundable and shall be forfeited.

      4. Discount awarding:
          1. Cardholder is entitled to a maximum discount of P5,000 per visit, regardless if he or she has multiple Eligible Cards.
          2. A maximum of one (1) qualified BDO card per table will be honored. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
          3. Maximum of one (1) transaction per Cardholder per meal period per day is allowed to avail the 50% discount, regardless if he or she has multiple Eligible Cards.
          4. All prices are subject to service charge and applicable government taxes based on original menu prices, which will be shouldered by the cardholder and not included in the computation of the discount.
          5. The Cardholder must be present at the restaurant to settle for his/her bill using his/her eligible BDO Credit Card.
          6. Discount is not applicable to private functions, dim sum, set menus, drinks, take-out orders, service charges and other applicable taxes, gift certificates, and down payment for events/parties.
          7. Discount awarded is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

      5. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by XIU. In the purchase of goods and services which have the promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

      6. Transactions qualifed under this promo can no longer be used to qualify for another BDO promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of other BDO promos.

      7. Unsuccessful card transactions (i.e. Eligible Card cannot be used to pay for the dining transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle the Cardholder to the offer. Payment using any non-Eligible Card or cash is not allowed

      8. Any concern on the products and/or services related to the promo should be directed and settled directly with XIU.

      9. All complaints will be handled within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted not later than May 31, 2024 after which all matters relating to the Promo are considered conclusive.

      10. For the BDO Cardholder’s protection, the card details and personal information shall always be kept secured. Please note that the BDO Cardholder’s Card number, PIN, OTP or any card information shall not be sent by e-mail, text or call.

      11. The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions of XIU and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and use of BDO Credit Cards. In case of questions or dispute related to the promo and the Terms and Conditions of said promo, the same shall be resolved and/or subject to the final decision of XIU and BDO, with DTI consent.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

When is the promo? Can I avail on weekends?

– Promo is from APRIL 17  to MAY 31, 2024. Monday to Friday only. Holidays excluded.

What is the minimum spend?

– Minimum total a la carte food bill of P 5,000.00 (excluding dimsum, drinks, service charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT) is required to be eligible for the discount.

What does “maximum discount” mean?

– As per the T&Cs, the max discount that can be availed per transaction is P 5,000.00. This means that the discount is only applicable to food bill up to P10,000.00 only (net of fees and taxes). Beyond that, discount remains constant at P 5,000.00 (e.g. if total bill is P 20,000.00, the discount given would be 5,000.00.)

Can I use the promo for takeout?

– No. Promo is for dine-in transactions only.

What menu items are NOT included in the promo?

– The following are excluded from the promo: Dimsum, drinks, set menus.

I have several BDO cards. Can I use one per table?

– As per T&Cs, maximum of one (1) transaction PER CARDHOLDER (not per card) is allowed per meal period. This is is regardless of how many tables or how many eligible cards a cardholder has.

How many times can I use my eligible card?

– Discount can only be availed twice per cardholder per day: Once for lunch, once for dinner. However, there is no limit to the number of times one can avail of the discount within the promo period

Can I use my Senior Citizen or PWD discount?

– No double discounting. Client can only avail of the promotional discount OR the senior/pwd discount, whichever is higher.

Do I really need to reserve and place advance order?

– Yes, advance reservation is required. Because of the volume, we simply cannot guarantee table availability for walk-in clients. We also encourage guests to PRE-ORDER to minimize food delays.
