1. Get 50% OFF your total dine-in food bill with your AUB Platinum and Gold Mastercard Credit Card for a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱ 5,000.00 (net of service charge and exclusions) at XIÙ Fine Cantonese Dining. XIU is located at 115 Connecticut Street, Northeast Greenhills, San Juan.
2. Promo period is from July 1 to 31, 2026 only. Offer is valid on Mondays to Fridays only for lunch (11:30am to 2:30pm) and dinner (6:00pm to 10:00pm). Government-declared national holidays are excluded.
3. The offer is valid for a minimum total food bill ₱ 5,000 up to a maximum total food bill of ₱ 10,000.00 per single-receipt transaction (net of service charge and exclusions). The discount is capped at ₱ 5,000.00.
4. Maximum of two (2) eligible transactions per cardholder per day are allowed, but limited to one (1) transaction per meal period (i.e. one for lunch, one for dinner), regardless of how many qualified cards he or she has.
5. Promo is valid for dine-in, a la carte orders only. The following are excluded from the promo: drinks, dim sum, set menus, takeout orders, other promotional sets or items, gift certificates, and down payments for events.
6. All items are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original menu prices. Service charge is not included in the computation of the discount and will be shouldered in full by the cardholder.
7. Advance reservation and pre-ordering are required to guarantee seats.

9. A reservation fee of ₱ 2,000.00 per table is required and may be paid in cash or through bank transfer. The fee will be refunded in full upon dining. However, in the event that the cardholder fails to arrive without prior notice, at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation, the fee paid shall not be refunded to the cardholder and shall be forfeited in favor of XIÙ Fine Cantonese Dining.
10. Only one (1) AUB qualified credit card may be used per table, per day. Splitting of the bill or transactions to obtain multiple discounts is not allowed. Accordingly, bills must correspond to the actual orders consumed per table. Reallocation of items among tables for the purpose of maximizing promotional discounts is not permitted.
11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen may avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disabilities, whichever is higher.
12. This offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates. It cannot be exchanged for other items/products and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
13. By joining the promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.
